Join Empowering Latinas Leadership Academy (ELLA Columbus) as we celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our Cycle 17 mentees!
Graduation marks the completion of ELLA's six-month leadership and mentorship program, a journey filled with personal growth, meaningful connections, leadership development, and the confidence to lead with purpose.
Throughout the program, each mentee has been paired with a dedicated mentor, participated in interactive leadership workshops, engaged in courageous conversations, built lasting relationships, and challenged themselves to grow both personally and professionally. Graduation is an opportunity to recognize their hard work and celebrate all they have accomplished.
The evening will include:
Networking and light refreshments
Welcome remarks from ELLA leadership
Reflections on the Cycle 17 journey
Recognition of our mentors and graduating mentees
Presentation of graduation certificates
Reception with family, friends, alumni, mentors, volunteers, sponsors, and community members
