Celebrate Latina leadership as ELLA mentees present community-driven capstone projects addressing real needs in Central Ohio.

Join us for one of the most inspiring evenings of the ELLA mentoring program as our Cycle 17 mentees present the Community Impact Projects they have spent months researching, developing, and bringing to life.

Their Community Impact Project serves as the capstone experience, a chance to apply everything they've learned while addressing a real need affecting our local community.

This year's projects were developed in partnership with the Central Ohio Workers Center, with teams collaborating to create thoughtful, community-centered solutions that reflect the values of leadership, service, and empowerment.

During the evening, you'll:

• Hear presentations from each project team.

• Learn about the challenges and opportunities they explored.

• Participate in a live audience Q&A following each presentation.

• Celebrate the accomplishments of our incredible mentees alongside community members, mentors, supporters, and partners.

Whether you're an ELLA alumna, mentor, community partner, employer, family member, friend, or simply someone who believes in investing in Latina leaders, we invite you to be part of this special celebration.

Admission is free, but registration is requested to help us plan for seating and refreshments.
